Let me take you on a journey, where brushstrokes dance and colours whisper stories. I'm Soma, a passionate art educator and coach, and I've spent 16+ years helping people move past the belief that talent is something you're born with, rather than something you build. I've spent those years watching people walk into my studio convinced they had nothing worth putting on canvas — and walk out having found a voice they didn't know was there. That's really what this program is about.
We'll spend our time together helping you cultivate that voice, not copy mine. There's no "right" way to paint, only your way — and together, we'll find the style and medium that actually feels like you. And when you get stuck, or the self-doubt creeps in (it happens to every one of us), you won't be sitting with it alone. I'll be right there with you, working through it together.

Do I need any prior experience?
No — this program meets you exactly where you are.
What if the current round is full?
You'll be added to the list for the next round and I'll reach out personally when applications open again — no need to reapply.
How do I know if I've been accepted?
I review applications in batches, a couple of weeks before each round starts, and you'll hear from me either way by the date noted on the confirmation page.
What do I need for our coaching calls?
Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection — no special software or equipment required.
What should I avoid during our sessions?
Try to join from a quiet, well-lit space, free from distractions. These sessions work best when you're fully present, so this isn't the time to be driving, multitasking, or joining from a noisy public space.
